However, what I am about to tell you may help you a lot on your hunting process. I found out that Ann Taylor Loft jeans have just the right fit for my body. That’s because Ann Taylor offers different fits and styles of jeans and pants for different types of body. They have styles such as modern, curvy, skinny, boyfriend, and relaxed. They also have the Marisa, Julie, and Zoe fit. Plus they have a Petite section for shorter woman. The last 3 pairs of jeans that I bought are from Loft, and I am extremely satisfied with it. One thing you should know is that their jeans and pants generally run bigger, so I usually buy a size smaller than I commonly wear. Marisa Fit: Slightly curved from the waist to the hips. The Marisa fit is a more universal fit.
Julie Fit: Narrows at the waist, tighter on your curves.
Zoe Fit: Slim fit from the waist to the hips. Zoe is for someone who is more straight up and down.
Denim Guide:
Modern: If you wear Marisa pants, then you should wear the Modern Fit.
Curvy: If you wear Julie pants, then you should wear the Curvy Fit.
